Mom’s Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

1 Cup Butter, softened
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar, packed
1/4 Cup White Sugar
3.5 oz Package Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
2 eggs
2 Cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 TSP Baking Soda
2 1/4 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Mix butter and sugars
  3. Add pudding, eggs, and vanilla
  4. Combine flour and baking soda in separate bowl
  5. Add flour and baking soda to bowl
  6. Fold in chocolate chips
  7. Roll into balls, place onto ungreased baking sheets
  8. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes
