2 lb White Bread – Machine Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 1/3 Cup Water
• 1 1/2 TSP Salt
• 2 TBSP Sugar
• 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil or Butter
• 4 1/2 Cups Bread flour
• 1 3/4 TSP Bread Machine Yeast

Instructions

1. Add everything to the bread machine, yeast last. Makes 2 pound loaf.
