Banana “Ice Cream”

- Cut the bananas into coins and place them into an airtight container like a bowl with a lid, or a freezer bag. Freeze for 2 hours, but ideally overnight.
- Blend the banana coins in a food processor, scraping the sides of the food processor as needed, until creamy.
- Transfer the banana “ice cream” into an airtight container and freeze for solid result, eat immediately for soft result.
