BBQ Spice Rub (AIP)

Ingredients

• 1/2 Tbsp Sea Salt Preferably Himalayan Sea Salt
• 1 Tbsp Dried Oregano
• 2 Tsp Dried Thyme
• 1/2 Tsp Ground Ginger
• 2 Tbsp Granulated Garlic
• 1 Tbsp Minced Onion
• 1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
• 1/2 Tsp Tumeric

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Sprinkle over meat and rub into meat.
