Breakfast Bake
Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 2 Cups shredded hash browns
- 6 pieces of cooked bacon
- 1 ½ Cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 TBSP vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook bacon.
- Preheat oven to 425º.
- Press hash browns into the bottom and sides of a casserole dish. Bake for 20 minutes until edges are golden brown.
- Change oven temperature to 350º.
- Whisk eggs, add broken up bacon, cheese, salt, and pepper. Pour onto hash brown crust.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
