Instructions

  1. Melt butter in skillet, add pecans and salt over low heat until toasted, about 10 minutes.
  2. Combine half-and-half, sugar, (cocoa) and vanilla in a blender; process on low until smooth.
  3. Stir in heavy cream.
  4. Use Ice cream machine to mix cream, then add pecans when almost done
