Oatmeal Monster Cookies

Ingredients

• 3 Large Eggs
• 1 Cup Brown Sugar
• 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
• 1 TSP Vanilla Extract
• 1 TSP Corn Syrup
• 2 TSP Baking Soda
• 1 TSP Salt
• 1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter, melted
• 1 1/2 Cups Chunky Peanut Butter
• 4 1/2 Cups Rolled Oats
• 1/2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
• 3/4 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
• 3/4 Cup Butterscotch Chips
• 3/4 Cup Mini M&Ms

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350º F. Spray baking sheets with Pam.
2. Combine eggs, sugars, vanilla, corn syrup, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Add melted butter. Next add peanut butter, oats, and four and mix thoroughly. Stir in the chips and M&Ms. Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes to allow the oats to absorb the butter.
3. Drop the dough onto baking sheets. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
