Banana “Ice Cream”


Bananas (2+)


  1. Cut the bananas into coins and place them into an airtight container like a bowl with a lid, or a freezer bag. Freeze for 2 hours, but ideally overnight.
  2. Blend the banana coins in a food processor, scraping the sides of the food processor as needed, until creamy.
  3. Transfer the banana “ice cream” into an airtight container and freeze for solid result, eat immediately for soft result.
