Beer Bread

Ingredients:

2 1/4 Cups all-purpose flour
3 TBSP sugar
1 TBSP baking powder
1/2 TSP baking soda
1/4 TSP salt
12 OZ lager beer
2 TBSP olive oil

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400º F. Coat an 8-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Make a well in the center. Pour in beer and olive oil and mix until just blended. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
  4. Bake 45 minutes, until golden brown.
