Tuna Casserole


1 Medium onion, yellow or white, chopped
1 Bell pepper, any color, chopped
2 Stalk chopped celery
15 Oz Canned tuna in water, drained
2 TBSP Light mayonnaise
3 TBSP Fat-free, plain yogurt
1/2 TSP Black pepper
1/2 TSP Hot red pepper flakes, (optional)
1/2 Cup Multigrain cereal flakes, crushed, unsweetened


  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray. Add chopped onion, bell pepper, and celery.
  3. Add tuna, mayo, yogurt, pepper, and pepper flakes. Stir. Spread cereal on top of casserole.
  4. Cook in oven until warm, about 20 minutes.
  5. Serve with green beans.
