Pancakes
Ingredients:
2 Cups all-purpose flour
2 TSP Baking powder
1/4 TSP Salt
1 TBSP Sugar, optional
2 Eggs
1 1/2 to 2 Cups Milk
2 TBSP Melted and cooled butter (optional), plus unmelted butter for cooking, or use neutral oil
Directions:
- Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- In a separate bowl, beat eggs into milk, then stir in butter.
- Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients.
- Bake on a hot griddle or skillet.
