Bourbon Street Chicken


6 Frozen chicken thighs
1 Clove chopped garlic
1/4 TSP Ground ginger
1/4 Cup Apple juice
1/4 Cup Packed light brown sugar
2 TBSP Ketchup
1 TBSP Cider Vinegar
1/2 Cup Water
1/3 Cup Soy sauce


  1. Place the chicken in the bottom of a crock pot. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken.
  2. Cook for 8 hours on low.
